Payment, currency, and the step-by-step process for a first order
The common practice among Chinese suppliers is a deposit at order confirmation followed by a balance before shipment, paid into the supplier's business account, never a personal account. A change of bank details received by email should be verified by phone before any transfer: this type of fraud remains common in sourcing. The Serbian dinar floats against the dollar and the euro: a contract in dollars or yuan deserves close tracking of the exchange rate between order and final payment.
