Sourcing

We map the relevant manufacturers from your specifications. Each goes through a grid: real capacity, certifications, export references. You only ever see pre-filtered suppliers.

Canton Fair

Twice a year we walk the Canton Fair: thirty thousand exhibitors sifted in a few days.

Negotiation

Our local relay negotiates in Mandarin, at market price: informed bidding, transparent factory margins, payment terms tuned to your cash flow. We defend your interests as our own.

Quality control

Pre-production samples signed off, production followed, progress photos and, as an option, a pre-shipment inspection with report. A defect caught at the factory costs a hundred times less than one on the dock.

Logistics & Incoterms

EXW, FOB or DDP: we set the Incoterm with you. Export from Guangzhou or Ningbo, paperwork in order, tracking all the way to your warehouse.

Frequently asked questions.

Do you work FOB, EXW or DDP?

All three. EXW if you handle transport, FOB from a Chinese port most often, DDP if you would rather not touch any of it. Decided in the brief.

Do I have to order large volumes?

Not necessarily. Minimums depend on the manufacturer and the product. We negotiate reasonable first runs, then scale volume.

How do you guarantee quality before shipment?

Through a reference sample you approve before production, production follow-up and, as an option, a pre-shipment inspection by our team or an independent body. What you receive matches what you approved; the level of control is chosen on the quote.

Who pays the suppliers, and what is my risk?

The house pays the suppliers and signs the contracts. No deposit wired to a factory you have never met: you deal with us.

How is a broker who signs the contracts different from a plain sourcing agent?

An agent introduces you and takes a commission: the contract, the payment and the risk stay with you. In trading mode, we buy in our own name, pay the suppliers and answer for the conformity of what we sell you.

What are the lead times from sourcing to delivery?

A few weeks of sampling, the product's own production time, then three to five weeks at sea. Projected timeline handed over at kickoff, then a delivery window confirmed in writing once the factory order is placed.

How is this different from a marketplace?

A platform introduces you, then leaves you alone. We meet the manufacturers, negotiate in Mandarin, control production. Not an algorithm, people.
