Method

From sourcing to unloading, no blind spots.

From the first supplier search to unloading at your warehouse, our method comes in five moments. Each has a clear deliverable, a named owner and a sign-off point.

I

Sourcing

We start from your specifications and map the relevant manufacturers, from Guangdong to Zhejiang. Every candidate goes through a technical and commercial qualification grid: real capacity, certifications, export references, soundness. You only ever see pre-filtered suppliers.

II

Canton Fair

Twice a year we walk the Canton Fair: thirty thousand exhibitors sifted in a few days. This is our structural edge, we compare in person what a platform leaves you to guess. You get direct access to hundreds of manufacturers met and qualified.

III

Negotiation

Our local relay negotiates in Mandarin, at market price. Informed competitive bidding, transparent factory margins, payment terms tuned to your cash flow. We defend your interests as our own, without ever claiming to speak a language we do not master: that is our Mandarin-speaking team’s role.

IV

Quality control

Nothing ships without a check. We follow production, sign off pre-production samples and inspect the goods before loading, with photos and reports. When a project calls for it, we commission an independent third party. A defect caught at the factory costs a hundred times less than one found on the dock.

V

Logistics & Incoterms

We set the Incoterm with you, EXW, FOB or DDP, depending on how much transport you want to handle. Export from Guangzhou or Ningbo, customs paperwork in order, tracking all the way to your warehouse. One point of contact across the whole journey.

Above these five moments, one principle: at any point you know what you pay, to whom, and why. That is the condition of importing with peace of mind.

Frequently asked questions.

What buyers ask us most often before entrusting us with a sourcing brief.

All three. We set the Incoterm with you depending on how much logistics you want to handle: EXW if you manage transport, FOB from a Chinese port most often, or DDP delivered duty paid if you would rather touch nothing. The choice is made in the brief.

Not necessarily. Minimum quantities depend on the manufacturer and the product. Part of our work is negotiating reasonable first runs, then scaling volume once the supplier has proven itself.

We follow production on site and inspect the goods before loading, with photos and reports. When a project calls for it, we commission an independent third-party inspector. Nothing ships without sign-off.

The house pays suppliers from its own account and puts its name to the contracts. You do not wire a deposit to a factory you have never met: you deal with us, and we carry the relationship.

An agent introduces you and takes a commission; the contract, the payment and the risk stay with you, facing the factory. We are a brokerage house: we contract in our own name, pay suppliers from our own account and answer for a delivered result. You carry no stock and deal with a single counterpart, us.

Expect a few weeks for sampling and qualification, then the production time specific to the product, plus three to five weeks of sea freight to Europe. We hand you a firm timeline at kickoff.

A platform introduces you, then leaves you alone with the factory. We are on the ground: we meet manufacturers at the Canton Fair, negotiate in Mandarin, control production and answer for a delivered result. Not an algorithm, people.
