Commission on volume
In most cases you pay no fees. We negotiate the goods for you and take a 6 to 12% commission on their ex-works value, decreasing as your volumes grow. The file opens online, with an opening fee deducted from the first commission.

01Are the published prices excluding tax?
Yes. The whole catalogue is in euros, excluding tax. The applicable tax is worked out at payment: reverse charge for EU businesses that give a valid VAT number, French VAT for EU consumers, out of scope for buyers established outside the EU.
02How does payment work?
Payment is made online, by card, on a secure Stripe page, or by bank transfer against invoice. The invoice is issued by Sorva, a French simplified joint-stock company. On the three tiers, only the deposit is paid online: the balance follows the milestones.
03Who carries out the work?
Our own teams. Chinese-language documents and administrative checks are handled by our Mandarin-speaking team in Guangzhou; factory visits, inspections and trade-fair days are carried out on site by Sorva management.
04When does the lead time start?
From the moment we hold what we asked for: the factory name and address, the product reference, the quotation or proforma depending on the service. We acknowledge the order and ask for anything missing the same day. Lead times are counted in working days.
05Can I order several services at once?
Yes. The configurator assembles the steps of your chain and applies a discount that rises with their number. You can also order services one at a time, in whatever order suits you.
