It depends on how many steps you tick, not on their amount. Three steps open the first threshold, five the second, the whole chain the third. The rate applies to the sum of unit prices, and a package price stays a ceiling: a selection that matches a tier exactly never costs more than that tier.

The deposit starts the work. We confirm the order, ask for whatever is missing, and the first step begins. The balance is then settled in milestones: on delivery of the written recommendation, after the pre-production sample is signed off, then on delivery.

Yes. The chain can be completed as you go, each added step is charged at its price and the discount is recalculated on the new scope. You can start with the search and decide on production once the samples are in your hands.

Four steps are delivered inside a package and are not sold separately: managed production, freight and DDP delivery, the online shop and the automation. Their price is shown so the whole chain can be priced, but there is no unit order page for them.
