Terms and conditions
What Sorva commits to, what it does not promise, and how a dispute is settled. Every quotation and contract refers to the dated version that applies.
Sorva works with two sets of general terms: one for businesses, one for consumers. The quotation you sign names the applicable version and attaches it as a PDF; that version alone governs your order, even if a newer one is published later. The special conditions of the quotation are negotiable and prevail in case of conflict. Only the French text is binding; translations are provided for convenience.

The applicable version is the one named on the quotation you accepted and attached to it. A new version never applies to an order in progress. Every version published here remains archived and available on request, with its date.
Second-hand machinery and work equipment
A machine bought second-hand outside the European Union is legally new when first placed on the European market. Sorva does not buy, sell or import such equipment; it only assists, as a broker, a client who buys and imports in its own name, after signing an information note.
Recycling
The unique identifiers issued to Sorva under extended producer responsibility schemes are published on this page and in the legal notice as soon as they are issued.

Purchasing mandate restructured as a transparent mandate (the supplier invoices the client, Sorva invoices its fees only), higher liability caps with refunds outside the cap, completed personal-data regime, off-premises procedure, fourteen annexes. Applies to orders whose quotation refers to it.
