We collect the minimum of data needed to answer your requests. No data is ever sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Data collected
Through the contact form: first and last name, company, e-mail address and the content of your message. In the course of an order: identity and business contact details of your staff, delivery addresses, invoicing data and exchanges relating to the order. No banking data is stored. No other data is collected without your knowledge.
Purpose and legal basis
This information is used to handle your enquiry and, if an order is placed, to perform, deliver, invoice, monitor and collect it, and to meet our legal obligations. Legal bases: your pre-contractual request, performance of the contract, our legal obligations and our legitimate interest in managing the business relationship.
Recipients and processors
Your data is accessible to authorised Sorva staff and, for production follow-up and quality control, to our subsidiary 广州索尔瓦商务咨询有限公司, acting as a processor on our written instructions. It may be passed, to the extent necessary, to our service providers (hosting, e-mail delivery, electronic signature, invoicing, freight forwarders) and, for delivery only, to the manufacturer (name, address and contact of the consignee). No sale or transfer for commercial purposes.
Transfers outside the European Union
Processing by our subsidiary involves a transfer to China, a country without an adequacy decision from the European Commission. The transfer is governed by the standard contractual clauses adopted by the Commission (Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914), supplemented by additional measures; a copy is available on request at [email protected].
Retention
Enquiries that lead nowhere are deleted no later than three years after the last contact. Data relating to an order is kept for the duration of the business relationship, then for the statutory limitation and retention periods: ten years for accounting records and contracts concluded electronically.
Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. To exercise them, write to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
