We go there, we film the machines running, the raw material and the inspection benches, and we hand you a dated report you can put in front of the supplier.
We can travel the day after you order: our management lives in Guangzhou.

Not included

Quality control on a finished batch: that is the pre-shipment inspection.
Laboratory testing and audits issued by an accredited body.
Factories outside Guangdong: those come under the outside-Guangdong visit.
A refund once we have travelled: the service is owed as soon as the trip is made, and a documented failure report counts as delivery.

I acknowledge that the service is due as soon as the visit has been made, and that a documented failure report, including a refusal of access by the factory, counts as delivery.

Prices exclude VAT.

VAT is calculated at payment, based on your profile: reverse charge for companies in the European Union, French VAT for private individuals in the European Union, out of scope for orders outside the European Union.

Launch price valid until 31 December 2026; after that date, the price shown on the page at the time of ordering applies. No fee is added to the amount shown.

After payment: acknowledgement by e-mail within the hour, then we ask for what we need to start. The delivery time runs from receipt of those items.

Professional liability insurance: policy being taken out. Until it takes effect, the liability caps in articles 14.2 and 14.3 of the terms and conditions cannot be relied on against you.

Frequently asked

01Do you tell the factory you are coming?

Yes, by default: an announced visit opens the workshops and the offices. If you would rather we arrived unannounced, say so when ordering and the report will note it.

02How fast can you actually go?

We can travel the day after your order. The ten working days quoted cover the factory's response time and the writing of the report.

03What if the factory refuses us entry?

You receive a documented failure report: what we saw from outside and how we read the refusal. The service is still owed, because a refusal is itself information worth paying for.

04Is this a quality inspection?

No. A visit tells you who you are dealing with and what the workshop can do. Checking a finished batch before it ships is a separate service.
