Finding a factory does not make a container arrive.

  • Between the handshake and the pallet in your warehouse sit patterns, a pre-production sample, inspections, freight and customs.
  • Level II takes that chain off your desk: you approve, we execute, and the goods arrive duty paid with their technical file.

  • Your goods delivered to the agreed address, DDP, customs clearance included.
  • Everything from Level I: compliance, factory comparison, vetting, samples, visit, written recommendation.
  • The pre-production sample you approve before the line starts.
  • In-line and pre-shipment inspection reports, with photographs.
  • The product technical file and the shipping file, customs documents included.

  • Managed own-brand production: artwork adjustments, patterns, colour and material matching.

  • What the factory charges for the goods, rebilled at cost.

  • The product, its destination country and the quantities of the first run.
  • Your brand files: logo, colours, print templates, if the product is customised.
  • The delivery address and the date the goods must be on the shelf.

Who carries it out

Run by Sorva, delivered on the ground by our Chinese-speaking team in Guangzhou, who follow the line and negotiate in the original. Reported back in English.

Frequently asked

01What does DDP delivery mean?
The price covers carriage and customs clearance to the agreed address: no declaration to file, no forwarder to appoint. Import duty and import VAT are rebilled to you at cost.
02What if the pre-production sample is not right?
The line does not start. The adjustments go back to the factory and a new sample is submitted. The sample milestone is only invoiced once you approve in writing.
03How many inspections are included?
Two: one during production, while things can still be corrected, and one before loading, to verify what actually ships. Each produces a photographic report.
04Can I move up to Level III along the way?
Yes, at any point before the goods are delivered. You pay only the difference between the two levels, on the same milestones.
