Who carries it out

Run by Sorva. The ground work in China is held by our Chinese-speaking team in Guangzhou; the shop, the content and the automation are built by Sorva.

01Which platform is the shop built on?
Bespoke, on the platform that suits your product and your markets, and it belongs to you. The choice is settled during scoping.
02What do the two months of support cover?
Corrections after launch, a close watch on the first orders, and the shipping and payment settings that only show up in live conditions.
03My programme is larger and more specific. Is this the right package?
Not necessarily. For a continuous buying programme or a bespoke arrangement, our /tarifs page sets out Sorva’s other framework: an initial pack, a monthly fee and a commission on purchases.
04Do you do 3D like the one on this site?
We do not sell 3D as a service. Where a product lends itself to it, we include it as a bonus for our shop clients.
