Frequently asked

01What if I need more than two inspections in a month?
Extra inspections are ordered individually at catalogue rates and added to that month’s invoice. If the need becomes permanent, the dedicated office includes visits and inspections without limit.
02Do I need existing factories to subscribe?
Yes, monthly management runs an existing supplier base. If you are starting from nothing, the Level I package finds and secures the factory first, and monthly management takes over.
03Do you sign the contracts for us?
Sorva is a brokerage and sourcing house: depending on the arrangement, we act under a transparent mandate or contract in our own name. The framework is agreed in writing before any purchase.
04My buying programme is substantial. Is there another framework?
Yes. For bespoke files and steady volumes, our /tarifs page sets out Sorva’s other framework: an initial pack, a monthly fee and a commission on purchases.
