01What is a Chinese business licence?
The official document that gives a company legal existence in China: name, unified number, capital, scope, status. Any company in good standing can produce it.
02Can you tell a factory from a middleman?
The permitted scope is a strong signal, and we quote the exact wording we rely on. Only a site visit settles it for good.
03What if the company does not exist?
You know within 48 hours, before anything leaves your account. The report documents the missing registration or the striking off.
04Is this enough before a large order?
For a first exchange, yes. Beyond that, the in-depth check adds litigation, penalties and a written verdict.
