Your factory is not in Guangdong, which is common enough: Chinese industry is spread across the country.

  • We travel to Zhejiang, Shandong, Fujian and Jiangsu and bring back the same report and the same workshop video.
  • Long-distance travel and the night away sit inside the price, not in a surcharge you find later.
What you receive
  • A dated written report: the address we actually found, who we met, what we saw.
  • Captioned photographs: frontage, workshops, machines, raw material, finished goods, despatch area.
  • One continuous unedited video of the workshop running.
  • A record of the visible: production lines, headcount observed, certificates on display, storage capacity.
  • Our written verdict: what looked solid, what looked weak, what we would check again before ordering.
Included
  • Travel from Guangzhou and back, by train or air, to any of the four provinces.
  • The overnight stay when the distance calls for it, and local transport to the factory gate.
  • As long as it takes inside the workshop: a long trip is not spent in a showroom.
  • The conversation with the workshop in Mandarin, handled by our Chinese-speaking team.
  • An identity check on the spot: signage, real address, match with the business licence.
Not included
  • Provinces outside that list: write to us and we will quote firmly before you order.
  • Quality control on a finished batch: that is the pre-shipment inspection.
  • Laboratory testing and audits issued by an accredited body.
  • A refund once we have travelled: the service is owed as soon as the trip is made, and a documented failure report counts as delivery.

  • The product concerned and, if you have one, the quotation you received.
  • The three to five points you want checked on site.

Write to us before ordering. We look at the connection from Guangzhou and give you a firm price, travel and overnight stay included, before you commit.
02Why does this cost more than a Guangdong visit?
Because it takes two days instead of one, a long journey and a hotel night. Those costs sit inside the quoted price rather than arriving afterwards.
03Can you see two factories on one trip?
Yes, if they are a reasonable distance apart. Each factory counts as one visit; tell us when you order and we will plan both into the same journey.
04What if the factory refuses us entry?
You receive a documented failure report. The service is owed once the trip has been made: a refusal is itself information worth paying for.
