Online withdrawal function. It is intended for clients whose order carries a right of withdrawal: consumers, and businesses with five employees or fewer solicited off-premises for an order outside their main activity.
If your order carries a right of withdrawal, you may withdraw without giving any reason within fourteen days. This page lets you send your declaration online; we immediately e-mail you an acknowledgement of receipt, which counts as a durable medium.
- The period runs, for goods, from receipt and, for services, from the conclusion of the order; you may exercise the right as soon as you have signed.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, identified as such on your quotation.
- Any other unambiguous statement (e-mail, letter) is equally valid; the model form attached to your contract may also be used.
- We refund all sums paid, delivery costs included, no later than fourteen days after receipt of your declaration.
